　1. Please Remove the battery to confirm if it is an AC adapter problem.

2. Please use other equipment on the wall socket to check whether the socket is normal.

3. Please plug the adapter directly into the wall socket.

4. Please make sure that the wires from the socket to the adapter and from the adapter to the computer are connected and the LED light on the adapter is on.

5. Please check the power light to make sure the computer is on.

6. Confirm that the CPU fan has tried to rotate when it was first turned on.

7. Please press the hardware set button under the computer.

8. Please remove all removable devices (such as mouse PCMCIA card, power adapter, battery, external hard drive, etc.).
