Solutions for Toshiba laptop touchpad not working:

　1. Press FN+F9 Undisable the touchpad

　2. Enter the BIOS and change the Pointing Devices option to "Enabled"

　3. Ask the user to reinstall the touchpad driver.

4. Ask the user to restore the system.

5. Please send the user to the repair station for inspection
