Step 1: Log in to WWW.ACER.COM.CN and select "Service Support".

Step 2: Select "Download Center".

Step 5: Right-click on the downward arrow, select Save Target As, and save to your computer’s hard drive. Wait for the download to complete.

Step 8: Enter the windows folder, double-click with the left mouse button to run Insyde_Winflash.exe.

Step 9: Click "Start" to proceed to the next step.

Step 10: After clicking start, you will be prompted not to disconnect the power adapter.

Step 11: The program starts to run automatically and decompress.

Step 12: After decompression, run the refresh software "InsydeFash" (automatically run). If the computer is not connected to the power adapter, a prompt box will appear asking to connect the power adapter and try again.

Step 13: Finally, "Are you sure you want to flash Bios" will be prompted again. Click "OK" to start the refresh, and the keyboard and touchpad (including external mouse) will be locked. The refresh time is approximately It lasts for 30 seconds to 1 minute, and the computer speed will slow down.
