　1. As winter approaches, general computer working problems are around 0-35 degrees Celsius. If it exceeds this range, it may also cause the machine to start slowly or fail to boot. Please ensure that the operating environment is within the temperature range.

2. Please use the disk management tool that comes with win7 to format the disk partition to ensure that the machine starts slowly or cannot be started due to disk partitioning by a third-party tool.

3. Please use the hardware detection tool to check whether the hard disk has hardware failure.
